If you love the beach, but don't want to be in a beer drenched refugee camp, here's
the info you need to know on how to join us for the summer of 2005:
Our house is located at 16D Rodney Street, ocean block.
We have a fully furnished, 5 bedroom, 3 and a half bath, 3 level townhouse just steps from the
beach! We have cable, a/c, dishwasher, washer/dryer and beautiful views of the ocean and bay from our 4 decks.
We open Memorial Day weekend, Friday May 27th and close Sunday, September 11th.
Half-shares are available for $875. This entitles you to 8 weekends (including 1
holiday week). Full shares are $1,375 and entitle you to all weekends and some holiday weeks (no refunds are given once
you pay for your share).
Member scheduling will be done on a first come first serve basis in early May. Members will forward
scheduling requests to our house coordinators. At Blue Surf, all members get bed space. That's the awesome thing
about our house.
Weekly maid service is included in your fee, plus house amentities including coffee, tp, condiments,
and $$ towards house cookouts.
Seasonal parking passes are available at the Dewey Police station. Do not park at the house without
one.
